Hamilton
The Hamilton watch company was founded in 1892 in Lancaster Pennsylvania. Its first series of pocket watches became known as the “watch of railroad accuracy.” This stopped railroad accidents from happening. In the 20th century Hamilton became famous for supplying the US army with wrist watches. 1st to receive one was general “Black Jack.” Hamilton has been known for its aeronautical achievements starting back in 1919 when the first American airmail postal service between Washington and New York was started. In 2005 Hamilton became part of the Red Bull races with its own pilot and plane. Again in 2006, Nicolas Ivanott, completed with the world's best acrobatic pilots in his proudly branded Hamilton plane.
