Eterna
Eterna was founded in 1885. It was then known was Schild Fre'res producing lady's wrist watches from small pocket watches. The company changed its name to Eterna in 1905. It was in 1908 that Eterna patented the first alarm wristwatch. By 1932 they had set up a subsidiary company. Eterna has been sold a couple of times now, and makes movements for itself and many other Swiss watch companies. The company is very well known for it's modern characteristics and appeal.
